Dr. Baker has been a FranklinCovey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
certified facilitator since 1994. He is a member of the Institute of Internal
Auditors and the National Business Education Association. Dr. Baker has taught university courses
in business communication at the senior level and has presented numerous papers as a member of the Association
for Business Communication. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the
University of Texas at Tyler where he teaches undergraduate courses in
the Computer Information Systems major. He also teaches graduate courses
in the Master of Public Administration degree program. Prior to his
teaching career he worked as a project leader for a Fortune 100 company,
was a consultant and trainer, and was vice president of information
systems auditing for the largest bank in Texas.
